JAWXable

Last year I resolved to draw something everyday and with the exception of my jaw surgery recovery I've managed to keep that resolution. This year's resolution is expanding on the previous year with me devoting an hour of my day, everyday to drawing. I will also endeavor to write something everyday with the hopes of posting a short story every week for the coming year. I will be the first to admit that I am a procrastinator, a trait of mine that I want to improve and hopefully mitigate in the coming year. Next will be very busy but I also hope it will be a productive year. ^_^

I'll be attending Youmacon this weekend and won't be taking my laptop with me so I won't post the daily sketches until I return.

For the year of 2017 I'm challenging myself to draw/upload something everyday. The majority of what I'll post will be sketches but the point of this challenge is to get me into a routine of drawing everyday something I've struggled with in the past. I hope everyone has a happy new year. ^_^

Well the title says it all but on the off chance your holiday wasn't a happy one, chin up there's always next year. ^_^

Although I wasn't able to be there until Saturday I had a blast at the convention! There were so many panels I wanted to go to but sadly only managed to do about 2/3 of what I wanted. The dealer room was interesting as always and the artist alley was fun to check out. The artists there were so nice and I ended up buying several graphic novels from them. My favorite event had to be the TeamFourStar 18+ Panel, I was super excited to see Hellsing Ultimate Abridged 5 and the team's replies to fan question were hilarious. It was nice seeing my friends again and kinda funny running into people I know from school. Overall I had fun this year and can't wait to see what they have lined up next year (and hopefully next time I'll be there all 3 days).
